Public Launch Facilities
 

Barge Canal
is located north of Cayuga Lake off Routes 5 and 20 opposite Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge. Gravel parking and single ramp ideal for access to warm-water fishing downstream from Lock #1 on Cayuga Lake.
 
     Cayuga Lake State Park
is on Route 89 in Seneca Falls. A four-ramp launch with immediate 50 car/trailer parking and almost unlimited parking and more distance lots within the park facility. Campgrounds and cabins are available to visiting anglers. (315) 568-5163
 
Dean’s Cove
is on Route 89 in the Town of Romulus. A mid-lake access to Cayuga Lake, the facility is a State Marine Park with an artificial port. The Cove is a popular starting point for Trout and Salmon anglers and a secondary launch for access to the popular northern Bass fishing grounds.
 
  Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce
is on Routes 5 and 20 in Geneva at the north end of Seneca Lake. This is a free launch with limited docking. It is also the headquarters for the National Lake Trout Derby. (877) 543-6382
 
Lodi Point State Marine Park
is on Lodi Point Road off Upper Lake Road in the Town of Lodi.
  Oak Island
hugs the Cayuga-Seneca Canal shoreline just west of Lock 4 in the Village of Waterloo. The access is at the end of Oak Street off West Main Street. A cement launch with limited docking provides immediate access to the warm-water fisheries in the Canal. You can access Seneca Lake without going through any navigation locks.

 
Seneca Lake State Park
is located on Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of Waterloo. A small boat launch and protected docking off the Cayuga-Seneca Canal is minutes from Seneca Lake. The park also includes a major seasonal marina for larger craft. (315) 568-5163
 
  Sampson State Park
is on Route 96A in the Town of Romulus. A four-ramp launch and 128-slip marina is for seasonal and transit anglers. The marina also hosts a weigh station for the National Lake Trout Derby. Its adjacent campsites, 245 electric and 60 non-electric sites, make this facility the ideal destination for a fishing vacation. (315) 585-6392
